Volunteer and Community Outreach opportunities through Chapel in the Pines

Chapel has a number of diverse service opportunities.  The church is always in need of more helping hands in these areas
  • worship
  • communion assistants
  • music (vocal or playing an instrument)
  • hospitality/greeters
  • community outreach such as the Chapel thrift store and donations
  • office/administrative/tech support
  • building/property care or maintenance

Volunteers can choose activities that occur on a regular basis or opportunities that require a one-time only commitment. The quality of our church family is dependent on the involvement of our congregation. So please contact us if you are interested in being a helping hand.
We look forward to your involvement and service!
Chapel thrift store
The Chapel in the Pines Thrift Store
Located at 960 Ramona Avenue in Red Feather Lakes, the Chapel Thrift Store opens each year Memorial weekend through Labor Day weekend on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

We accept donations such as household and kitchen items, clean or gently used clothing, towels, linens, artwork, jewelry, camping items, games, puzzles, books and toys. Because of the size of our store, we are not able to take furniture or larger items.
More importantly, 100% of the funds received through the sales at our Chapel Thrift Store provide support for those in need within our community and beyond. For more information, please contact us here.
