Renting our Chapel Facilities
Check out our beautiful mountain facility for your special event or meeting.
At the Chapel in the Pines, we accommodate a wide range of groups and are the perfect spot for your wedding, special event, group meeting, anniversary celebration and more.
Choosing us for your destination wedding is affordable, letting you use your own vendors. Our flexible style of rental packaging allows you to choose the amenities you want and need without paying for those that you don’t. Included when you book with us is a bridal suite with full length mirror and plenty of room to hang your dresses. There is a grooms chambers tailored with comfy seating as well as ADA compliant restrooms.
We have a spacious venue with beautiful mountain views. Our Fellowship Hall is approximately 45’x 75’ in size and has a seating capacity for up to 120 people.
Our Chapel (Sanctuary) seats 100 (120-130 with additional folding chairs). An organ and a piano is available for use.
There is also an outdoor gazebo for ceremonies that allows for stunning photographs.
Food and Drink: The Larimer County Health Department has designated the Chapel Fellowship Hall kitchen as a warming and serving kitchen only (ovens, microwaves). Please note we are not rated as a commercial kitchen. Food prepared in advance can be warmed but cannot be prepared onsite.
You may decide to have your event catered by someone. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed. A dishwasher is available, however we ask that you use your own disposable dinnerware/flatware if your group is larger than 25 people or take & wash your dinnerware offsite.
To protect our wildlife and environment, please do not use birdseed, rice, silly string or glitter. Bubbles and real flower petals may be used outside. Due to fire restrictions, smoking is strictly prohibited on the grounds.
